Important update about The Pipe: We are changing the platform for case registration

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you about an important change that will affect how you register and manage your cases with us. As part of our continuous efforts to improve and streamline our services, we will be transitioning to a new platform for our case management. The migration of all customers and cases will commence on Monday, February 19th, and is expected to take approximately one month.

This change will make it easier and more convenient for you to communicate with us and manage your cases. The new "The Pipe" offers a range of new features and improvements that we are confident you will appreciate. Once you, as a customer, have been migrated, your respective support contact will receive an email with a link to the new system, where you will be prompted to set a new password and then log in.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an enhanced experience on our new platform!
